Pastor Pete Candreva

Pete was born and raised in the outskirts of Pittsburgh, PA. He has lived in Texas and Alaska and has worked in a variety of fields: Air Force, Sales, High School Physics Teacher, Police Officer, and Commercial Carpenter. His wife Vanessa was born in Johnstown, PA. She has lived in Virginia and Maryland and is a retired music teacher.

Pete was installed as St. Peter's Vicar on Sunday, August 4, 2024. He began officiating services on Sunday, August 11, 2024. Since then, he has been leading Adult Bible Study, has started Sunday School back up, and holds Catechism and Confirmation classes. 

As of July 20, 2025, Pete is now an ordained Pastor and has been installed as the Pastor at St. Peter's Lutheran Church. 

We are so happy to welcome Pastor Pete and his wife Vanessa to our community and to our church. They have both been a great asset!
